This is just a short note to give accolades to the staff and management of First Class Tax & Bookkeeping. They are very friendly and totally competent in the preparation of income taxes. They go the extra mile to be sure that all deductions and calculations are accurate as well as responding to audit questions that are passed back to them from CRA. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is honest and accommodating as these people are. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
I had a dilemma with my other accountants and was very dissatisfied. I wasn’t sure what to do and I was worried, after all it’s TAXES! I had a meeting with Debbie and Donna regarding an audit that was going to take place. They took it upon themselves to look into the matter and ended up helping me through a disaster, at least it was to me. Words cannot express all that they have done for my husband and I. They do our books and look after our taxes. They are professional, rates are reasonable; they know what they are talking about. If they are not sure about something they will research the answer! I was referred to Debbie at First Class by my dad, after years of going to H & R Block. I found that they (H & R Block) would always give me a large refund, take their share, and then the government would reassess my file and I would end up owing thousands back. I have utilized First Class Tax & Bookkeeping for the last four years, and not once have I been reassessed by the government, and they always have tips for me to increase next years refund.
I receive my T4 through E-Post, I then emailed a copy of it to their office and within the hour was told what my refund amount would be and when to expect it. I will get my refund before most people get their T4!!
I am happy to say owing money on my taxes is something I will never have to worry about again. I highly recommend First Class Tax & Bookkeeping to everyone I know, especially when I hear a friend or coworkers tax horror stores.
